If there is a jam that is your favorite, and Auntie doesn't make it,
ask, and she'll see what she can do!

Auntie Myra makes every attempt to use organic fruit and juices in our jams!

No artificial anything!  Only the best fruits are used.
"Jam" means there are bits of fruit in the finished product.
"Jelly" means a clear finished product.
Even though some of Auntie's jams are jelly's, we still call them jam because they are made from the raw juices of the fruit, which means they have some of the pulp still in the liquid.  Believe Auntie when she tells you this only gives her jams a richer, fuller flavor.

Notice: "Lite Sugar" means that the recipe that Auntie uses is less than old fashioned recipes.  This does not mean they are low-cal, or low sugar.  Only that the recipe doesn't rely on heavy sugar or corn syrups (like most store bought brands) to get its flavor.  Instead, the flavor comes from choice, hand selected fruit, prepared just right!  Auntie insists on using real sugar in her jams because of the beautiful color the sugar gives each jam, (jams made with artificial sweeteners or no sugar tend to be cloudy and "gray" the color of the fruit) and because a little sugar is good for the soul, much less your toast or yogurt!
